Tagging along with the Pros is the Huawei Pura 90. And while it’s not nearly as colorful as the Pura 90 Pro and 90 Pro Max, it packs a mightier battery and also has a conventional triple camera setup on the back. Let’s dig in.
The Huawei Pura 90 comes in Snow White, Velvet Black, and Roland Purple. The phone weighs just 210 grams and is impressively thin at 7.0mm.

It has a large screen upfront, spanning 6.8 inches. The 2856x1320px panel is an LTPO 1-120Hz OLED with a 300Hz touch sampling rate. It’s covered by Kunlun Glass.
The phone is both IP68 and IP69 rated for both immersion up to 2 meters and protection from possible water jets.
The phone runs on the 7nm Kirin 9010S SoC with 12GB or 16GB of RAM, and runs Huawei’s HarmonyOS 6.1. Storage is either 256GB or 512GB.
The non-Pro Pura 90 packs a bigger 6,500mAh battery compared to its peers. It charges at an impressive 100W wired and 50W wireless.
Camera-wise, you’re getting a triple system with a 13mm f/2.2 ultrawide (12.5MP), a 24mm f/1.8 wide-angle (50MP), and an 88mm f/2.2 periscope zoom (50MP). Upfront is yet another 50MP sensor for the selfie shooter.
The Huawei Pura 90 comes in three colors – Black, White, and Purple, and three configurations – 12/256GB, 12/512GB, and 16/512GB. Prices are CNY 4,699 (€585, £510, ₹64,200, converted), CNY 5,199 (€650, £565, ₹71,000, converted), and CNY 5,699 (€710, £620, ₹77,800, converted), respectively. The phone should arrive before May 13.
