If you’re an Apple aficionado and want a new smartphone, the iPhone 17 might be an enticing option. But Apple’s older smartphones are still great to consider. The iPhone 16E and the rest of the iPhone 16 series are now much cheaper and offer top-notch features. Going slightly down the line is the iPhone 15 series, which is still an excellent choice for many.

The iPhone 15 lineup still packs plenty of power with strong cameras and long-term software support, and it’s a solid upgrade for anyone coming from an older device. Better yet, these older generations are now seeing meaningful price cuts. We’ve rounded up some of the best iPhone deals currently available to help you save or even get one for free.

Best iPhone 15 deals

Verizon has some serious savings on the basic iPhone 15 or iPhone 15 Plus. You can get either model for free when adding a new line on an Unlimited Welcome, Plus or Ultimate plan, with no trade-in required. That saves up to $830, and the discounts are applied in the form of monthly bill credits over 36 months.

Verizon only has the used iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models available.

AT&T isn’t currently offering any direct discounts on iPhone 15 series phones. However, it has a trade-in program that will save you money if you have an eligible device to trade in.

Anyone adding a new line will also get an extra $200 back via monthly bill credits, but it’s not required to take advantage of these iPhone discounts. The $200 back is only if you purchase the phone online. You can also save up to $800 per line when you break your current contract and switch to AT&T from another carrier.

AT&T only has used iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models available.

Both the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max are sold out at T-Mobile, but there are plenty of ways to snag a basic model for free. Those on the Experience More or Experience Beyond plan can get either the basic iPhone 15 or the iPhone 15 Plus for free with an eligible trade-in. If you’re not on those plans, you can still get up to $300 off with a trade in.

T-Mobile is also offering up to $315 off with a new voice line, essentially putting this phone in your hand for roughly 50% off.

Best Buy isn’t offering a direct discount on the iPhone 15 right now, and its supply is pretty limited. However, the iPhone 15 starts at $530 when you connect to AT&T or Verizon through Best Buy. You can get additional savings through Best Buy’s trade-in program.
